By creating an account and using the application the user and any associated parties forfeit the right to pursue legal action or seek financial reaparation against BelleBnB and its parent company for any damages resulting from data loss or other system malfunction. BelleBnB retains the right to suspend or delete application accounts at their discretion.

Privacy Statement

All of your data, including business data and data related to guest registration, is kept privately and will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes or otherwise. If you choose to cancel your subscription, all of your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Refunds and Service Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription, all of your data will be wiped from our servers immediately and the balance of your subscription payment will be returned. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days upon request of service cancellation.

If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you will be refunded for the final month of service billing. If you are on a yearly plan you will be refunded the balance after computing a service charge at the monthly rate of $9.99 for the period between your last service payment and the date of cancellation.
