  • Orders place after 12:00pm PST are processed the following business day

  • UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. Boxes
  • All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 years of age or older)
  • Shipper will attempt to deliver a package three times before it is sent back to the seller. In the event that the shipment has been returned to Wine by Design please call or email to arrange the delivery of the package.
  • Because wine is natural, damage can occur to the product while in transit from hot or cold temperatures or vibration during shipping. In the event that your wine order has been damaged in transit, please contact the Shipped and seller to arrange a replacement order.
